Prohibited Actions

- Cheating Software: Using hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, or any unauthorized modifications
- Exploiting Bugs: Intentionally using game glitches or exploits for unfair advantage
- Account Sharing: Allowing others to play on your account in tournaments
- Smurfing: Using alternate accounts to compete against lower-skilled players
- Match Fixing: Colluding with other players to manipulate results
- Teaming: Coordinating with opponents in solo/duo matches
Detection Methods
- Gameplay analysis by our trained review team
- Statistical anomaly detection algorithms
- Player reports and community feedback
- Video/screenshot evidence review
- In-game ID verification
Penalties
First Offense: Warning + Prize forfeiture for that tournament
Second Offense: 30-day ban + All pending winnings forfeited
Third Offense: Permanent ban + Account termination
Severe violations (like using cheating software) may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warnings.
Reporting Cheaters
If you suspect someone is cheating:
- Collect evidence (screenshots, screen recordings)
- Note the player's username and match ID
- Submit a report through our support page
- Our team will review within 24-48 hours
Appeals
If you believe you were wrongly penalized:
- Contact support within 7 days of the penalty
- Provide any evidence supporting your case
- Appeals are reviewed by a senior team within 48 hours
- Decisions on appeals are final
